Frequently Asked Questions
Please call during business hours with any questions, but here are some of the most common questions.
Q: Why does my video and website rank
(position on the search engine results) fluctuate from
position to position on the first page of results in my industry?
A: Every search is unique, making it impossible to retain any one
position for every search. The good news is that Reel Magic Media
obtains proprietary metadata compiled
from all over the planet directly from each of the hundreds of
search engines with whom we have an agreement; and even though each
search engine has a special routine of publication, we always go the
extra mile to publish each listing, page or review abiding by every
specific condition. Plus, our
Search Engine Optimization utilizes
all parameters allowable for search insuring the highest rank
possible.
Q: Why are some of the keywords for my
project unusual?
A: This is consistently one of the most commonly asked questions!
During the process of LTSC or
long tailed search capitalization we take into account lesser
commonly used words, as when added up, there are more long tailed
searches than the most common keyword phrases.
Q: How long does it take from start to
results?
A: First I'd like to say that our goal is to make all of our clients
ecstatic, not satisfied, not just happy, but ecstatic
with our services. And it is our goal to do so as quickly as
possible. There are certain time exceptions for highly specialized
companies which may rank proximately very quickly, the vast majority
of our clients experience
search engine visibility within four to
six weeks from the day the project is published.
Q: How many videos should I have for my business?
A: Depending on the type of business you have and how competitive the space on the search engines is will determine how many it will take to bring in the volume of new business you need. If your type of business is multi-faceted and has many keywords like a department store we would suggest seven to ten versions of the master video we create, each with their own groups of metadata and keywords; and a children's dentist, for example, could do very well with three extra video listings.
Q: Is NetGuard really necessary?
A: If your online reputation is necessary to your business then yes, it is
vital. A few bad reviews can cut deeply into your bottom line. NetGuard locates these unflattering reviews and responds to them
before they can do much damage. Often times all that people
need to see is that you are willing to rectify any legitimate
complaint. But that is only half of what NetGuard does.
NetGuard also redistributes the positive reviews that customers write about your
business which can be very influential to someone considering doing
business with you.
